Quick, healthy, easy lunch STAT!

Often in the studio, Sue and I need something easy, fast, healthy and tasty. Enter this kick *ss toast. We both love sourdough (Sue even makes her own!) so all that’s needed are two toasted pieces of that gorgeous bread, some spicy hummus (we love Sesame brand’s spicy jalapeno), thinly sliced cucumbers and radishes, and we’re tinned fish girls here, so smoked trout for the win. Don’t forget about the pickled onion and crunchy salt! High protein, crunchy veggies, and gorgeous. Basically my requirements for a solid lunch :)
